Welcome to G3 Graphics/ Trident Promo.  By using our services and purchasing our custom products, you agree to these terms and conditions

 

·         Service Description:  We offer customized promotional products. Our services include design, production and delivery.

 

·         Ordering and Payment:  Orders are placed via ESP, ASI, SAGE or via email.  By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.  Prepayment is required on all orders

 

·         Customization and Design:  Your will receive a proof of your custom design.  Approval of the proof is required to proceed with production.  You are responsible for ensuring that the design provided is accurate and does not infringe on any third-party rights

 

·         Production and delivery:   The estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order.  We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.   Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.

 

·         Refund and Return Policy:  Please contact our customer care team via email at info@tridentpromo.net (please see our return policy) Orders must be returned within 30 days.

 

·         Cancellations:  Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of proof approval and payment.  After this period, cancellations may not be possible as your item is custom made.

 

·         Intellectual Property:   All intellectual property rights related to our products and services, including trademarks, designs, and logos remain the property of G3 Graphics/Trident Promo.

 

·         Limitation of Liability:  We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.  Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products of services in question

 

·         Changes to Terms:  We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.  Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.  Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

 

 

Thank you for choosing our custom service.   We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations.  Please review our refund policy for custom orders below

 

·         NO USE FEES:  A 15% fee will be deducted from the refund amount for custom items that have not been used.  This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling your order

 

·         SETUP FEES:  Any setup fees incurred during the customization process are non-refundable.  These fees cover the preparation and design work necessary for your custom order.

 

·         RETURN REQUIREMENT:  To process a refund the custom order must be returned to us.  Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging.   The cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

·         RETURN PROCEDURE:  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization.   Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
